PrivacyFirst Photo Organizer · macOS, Windows & Linux
Decades of photos, finally sorted — and never uploaded.
Machine learning finds every face in your library and groups the same person together on its own. You name the groups, and it recognises those people through the rest of your photos — writing the names back into the files themselves, but only if you'd like it to. A read-only switch keeps every original locked, so nothing is ever modified, moved or deleted unless you choose. No account, no cloud — and not one photo uploaded anywhere, whether it lives on this disk, an external drive, or a folder synced from the cloud. It also spots duplicates, groups trips into events, and lets you filter by person, place, date and quality — all from the same local index.
One-time payment, VAT included. Free trial needs no account or card. Buying opens Stripe’s secure checkout — they take the payment and are the seller of record.

It never phones home
All the recognition runs on your own processor. No telemetry, no analytics, no update check. Once your licence is installed the application does not contact us again — ever.
Your work outlives the app
Names and captions are written into your photographs as standard metadata, so Lightroom, digiKam, Photos and Windows all read them. Nothing is trapped in a catalogue you cannot leave.
Own this licence outright
€24.99 — a single payment for a licence that's yours to keep. It's a file that works offline on every computer you own, with no activation server that could one day stop answering.
The product
PrivacyFirst Photo Organizer
AI that recognises your people — on your machine, not ours.
Create a project pointing at the folders you already have — nothing is copied or imported. It reads the photos for faces, dates, places, quality, colours, duplicates and events. You name a handful of face groups, press Classify unassigned, and it tags the remainder itself.
- Face grouping that learns from the names you give it
- Filters that stack: person, place, date, quality, colour, event
- Duplicate and near-duplicate finder
- Optional local extras — object detection, photo captions
More to come
itfanatic is where things get published as they get built. Offline Image Organizer is the first, and it is the whole catalogue for now — what comes next will be announced when there is something to announce.
How buying here works
- Try before you buy. The trial is the full app, read-only, on 300 photos.
- Buy once. Your licence covers every release in that major version.
- Offline forever. The licence is a file; the software never needs us again.
Sort your photos without handing them over
Free trial on 300 of your own photos, no account and no card. €24.99 to unlock the whole thing.
