PrivacyFirst Photo Organizer is the same application wherever it came from, but who sold it to you decides who can help with the purchase. So support starts with one question: where did you get it?

You downloaded it from this website — the free trial, or the full version unlocked with a licence file we emailed you.
From the Microsoft Store
You installed it on Windows from the Microsoft Store, whether you unlocked it there or with a licence file from us.
From the Mac App Store
You bought it and installed it on your Mac from the Mac App Store.

- How to do something in the app: the user guide covers the whole application, with screenshots.
- A bug or a feature request: github.com/bl305/privacyfirst_photo_organizer_support — a public tracker, so you can follow what happens to it. Because it is public and permanent, leave out your email address, licence file and order details, and check screenshots for faces, names and file paths before you upload them.
- Anything else, or anything personal: support@itfanatic.com. A real person reads it.
