Support: the Microsoft Store version
For the copy you installed from the Microsoft Store. It starts as a free trial and is unlocked one of two ways — the full-version add-on bought in the Store, or a licence file from this website — and who can help with the purchase depends on which you used.
The free trial
Until it is unlocked, the app organizes up to 300 photos in total across all your projects. It is read-only — it never changes your photo files — and it makes no exported copies. Names, tags and captions you add during the trial stay in the app and are kept when you unlock.
If you bought the add-on in the Store
- It unlocks on its own once the purchase goes through: there is nothing to import and no account to create with us. If the app still shows the trial, close it and open it again. If it still does, check that the Microsoft Store app is signed in with the Microsoft account you bought with.
- Other PCs: the add-on belongs to that Microsoft account, so it unlocks the Store version on every Windows PC you sign in to with it. It does not unlock the macOS or Linux version — the guide explains which computers a purchase unlocks.
- Refunds, receipts and payment are Microsoft's: Microsoft sold you the add-on, and we have no record of the purchase, so we cannot look it up, resend it or refund it. Start from the order history in your Microsoft account.
If you unlocked it with a licence file from us
A licence file bought on itfanatic.com unlocks this version too: open About → Import license… and choose the file. Everything about that purchase — a missing or lost file, a refund, your data — is handled by us; see support for the website version.
Updates
The Microsoft Store installs new versions for you, according to its own update settings; the app itself never checks. The Store version is released on its own schedule and numbered by the Store, so it can differ from the version offered as a download on this website — that does not make either one out of date. The updates page covers the website downloads only. Your projects, names and captions are untouched by an update.

- Anything else: support@itfanatic.com. The app sends nothing to us, and for an add-on purchase Microsoft does not tell us who you are, so we hold no personal data about you unless you write to us.
